Exchange & Refund policy

At SKNS, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please review the following policy carefully:

1. Refunds & Exchanges within 14 days
   We offer refunds & exchanges within 14 days as long as the item is intact and with original packaging & tags. Once the tag is removed, the item cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

2. Order Inspection Upon Delivery
   You may inspect your order while the courier is present. If there are any issues (such as missing or damaged items), please inform the courier immediately before they leave.

3. Complete Order Policy
   Orders cannot be divided. You must either receive the entire parcel or return it in full. Partial returns or exchanges are not permitted.

4. Delivery Timeframe
   Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be delivered, depending on your location and courier availability.

5. Sale Policy
   Items on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded once the courier leaves and are final purchase.
