No Exchanges or Refunds After Delivery
Once the courier has completed the delivery and left, we do not accept any exchanges, returns, or refund requests. -

You may inspect your order while the courier is present. If there are any issues (such as missing or damaged items), please inform the courier immediately before they leave. -
Complete Order Policy
Orders cannot be divided. You must either receive the entire parcel or return it in full. Partial returns or exchanges are not permitted. -
